We’re dropping three massive community events this year, and you’re invited! Mark your calendars for a year of pure Sorcery:

The Arcane Conclave | April 17–19
We’re going all out for three days of gaming. We want you to relax and just focus on the grid—we’ll handle the rest.
The Loot & Perks:
- Exclusive Swag: Grab a limited edition “Dread Thicket” playmat featuring art by Mattias Frisk.
- Prizes: Cards / Promos of choice, Boosters / Box, Dust and Grading vouchers.
- Stress Free Travel: Free parking on-site. Coming by train or plane? We’ve got a VIP Shuttle to grab you from Leiden Central or your hotel/AirBnB and bring you straight to the action.
- Lunch: Every ticket includes a solid lunch (All tickets include a proper lunch! 2, buns with meat / cheese etc., 1 currant bun, Fruit and a drink.).
- Grand Buffet. Optional ticket for the Grand Buffet Indonesian food (pork, Chicken, beef, Vegetarian, Rice, Nasi, Noodles Saté/Satay). No one leaves hungry—go back for seconds (or thirds); there’s plenty! For Sunday we have Chinese.
- The bar. Optional, alcohol and non-Alcoholic drinks and snacks!
- On-Site Shop: Need last-minute singles for your deck? Order from our site and pick them up at the venue shop when you arrive.
Weekend Schedule:
- Friday: 19:00 – 23:00 (The warmup)
- Sat & Sun: 11:30 – 20:00 (Sleep in, explore the city, then play!)
What You Need to Do:
Just book your hotel and grab your tickets. We’ll be posting hotel deals soon, but if you need help with logistics, just shoot us an email.
Get those decks ready—we’ll see you at the station or event venue!

Heads up: We can host up to 140 players! If we sell out, we might add a few extra rounds or expand to a Top 16 cut, which could nudge the Saturday finish time to around 22:00. We’ll keep you posted as tickets sell!

- 11:30 – Doors open. Get your deck ready.

- 13:00 – Round 2
- 14:00 – Lunch Break (Refuel time!) 🍕
- 15:30 – Round 3
- 16:30 – Round 4
- 17:30 – Round 5
- 18:15 – Dinner Break 🍔
- 19:00 – Round 6 & Top 8 Reward Ceremony.
Sunday, April 19: The Finals & Sealed Fun 🏆
- 11:30 – Doors open.
- 12:00 – Sealed Tournament (For everyone!)
- 12:00 – Top 8 Constructed (The road to the trophy begins)
- 13:30 – Lunch Break 🥪
- 14:00 – Top 4 Constructed
- 15:30 – Final Showdown (Constructed Best of 3)
- 18:00 – Dinner Break 🍕
- 19:30 – Prize Ceremony (Sealed & Constructed winners)
